  1. Prepared products.
  2. Nuts, garlic. Cut the onion into cubes. Slice the cilantro. Clear the grenades. Make pomegranate juice (or use ready-made).
  3. Add onion, garlic, cilantro, saffron, salt to the nuts (if desired, you can add capsicum) – mix. We dilute the dressing with pomegranate juice, add cinnamon (you can add cloves). Combine all the beans and mix well.
  4. We put the finished salad in layers in a bowl: lettuce leaves, pomegranate. Repeat. Garnish with coriander leaves and walnut slices.
