Beef in Spicy Sauce Recipe
By and large, I cooked a simple beef stew. The highlight is that before stewing, the meat was marinated in a sauce seasoned with basil and two types of pepper.

  1. Products. The garlic is already sliced, the meat is sliced.
  2. In a bowl, prepare a marinade of soy sauce, brandy, lemon juice, chopped basil, broken into pieces of hot pepper, pink pepper grains, sugar and a couple of pinches of salt, mix well until the salt and sugar completely dissolve. Pour into the meat, mix and let stand under the lid in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  3. Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until a pleasant smell appears.
  4. The meat, after marinating, is sent to a frying pan with garlic along with the liquid, lightly fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Add 0.5-1 cup of beef broth (you can dissolve part of the broth cube in a glass of water). And simmer under the lid until the meat is ready.
  6. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates, meat on top, boiled rice as a side dish.
