In a bowl, prepare a marinade of soy sauce, cognac, lemon juice, crushed Basil, broken into pieces of hot pepper, pink pepper grains, sugar and a couple of pinches of salt, mix well until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Pour into the meat, mix, and let stand under the lid in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until it has a pleasant smell.
The meat, after marinating, is sent to the pan with garlic along with the liquid, lightly fry for 10 minutes.
Add 0.5-1 Cup of beef broth (you can dissolve part of the broth cube in a glass of water). And simmer under the lid until the meat is ready. At the end, if necessary, we add salt.
We put salad leaves on plates, meat on top, and boiled rice as a side dish.
