Raw smoked bacon petals (100 gr.) cut into small plastic pieces. Fry the bacon on both sides.
Shallots (2 PCs.) cut into rings, bell peppers (2 PCs.) cut into cubes/straws.
Beef (400 gr.) cut into cubes. In a bowl with meat add mustard, add marjoram 1/2 tsp. Massage the beef pieces, spreading the mustard and marjoram evenly.
Add the meat to the pan where the bacon was fried and fry the meat on high heat until Golden brown. You do not need to add additional oil, just the fat that was melted from the bacon is enough. Then add sweet paprika, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Stir-fry the beef for 15-20 minutes. Everything will depend on the size of the pieces, we need to get a Golden crust, we will bring the dish to readiness in the oven.
Put the fried beef in a baking dish.
Put the bacon petals on top of the meat.
Next, put the cubes of bell pepper.
Then the shallot rings. I want to draw your attention to the fact that it is better to use shallots for this dish, because it is considered more dietary in comparison with ordinary onions, has a subtle aroma and is devoid of bitterness. Sprinkle onion rings with vegetable oil on top, add 1-2 tablespoons of broth to the molds.
Cover the forms with foil and send them to a preheated t180-190C oven. Bake the dish for about 40-50 minutes.
Tender, with a slight aroma of smoked bacon, beef meat is ready.
