Instructions
Pre-boil the beef. We will prepare our ingredients.
Cut the beef into strips.
Cut the onion into half rings, marinate it in a mixture of vinegar and water. I’m doing 50/50.
Cut cucumbers into strips.
We cut the Peking cabbage into small pieces and put it on the bottom of our salad bowl, add a little salt and sprinkle with olive oil.
Drain the onion. In a separate salad bowl, mix the meat, cucumbers and onions. Pepper all this well, pour olive oil, mix.
We put meat with onion and cucumber on our cabbage.
Tomatoes are cut into slices and spread around the circle of our dishes.
