Peel the fresh beets and grate them on the largest grater with slices.
Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater in the same way. Combine with beets and mix everything well.
For refueling, pour juice, oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, squeeze or grate garlic into a closing jar, add dill. Whisk all this thoroughly until smooth and pour the salad on top.
