Beet Salad with Liver Recipe

  1. The time is indicated without taking into account the baking of beets – it needs to be prepared in advance, you can boil it. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil and spasser the onion for 1-2 minutes, it should not become completely soft.
  3. Peel the beets and cut into strips.
  4. Put the onion to it.
  5. Cut the cucumber into strips and add it to the beetroot and onion.
  6. Mix everything together and set aside.
  7. Cut the liver into small plates and fry in a preheated frying pan with the remaining oil on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Season the finished liver with salt and pepper.
  8. It is most convenient to prepare the filling in a small jar with a lid – connect all the components for the filling.
  9. Close the lid and shake everything well so that the filling becomes homogeneous.
  10. Put a vegetable salad of beets, onions and cucumbers on a plate, season to taste with salt and pepper, put pieces of liver on top and pour the dressing.
