Instructions
Cook the beets. Allow to cool and peel. Marinate the onion-peel, cut into feathers, add sugar and vinegar. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the beets into easy-to-eat pieces, put them on a serving dish, and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over them.
Cut the cheese and put it on the beetroot.
Season with pickled onions, chopped coriander, ground pink pepper, salt with coarse sea salt. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Stir when serving.
