Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, onion into quarter rings, finely chop the garlic and herbs.
In a frying pan, in preheated oil, then cook the onion until translucent, add the garlic, after 1-2 minutes, put the tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add spices and herbs, warm up for another 1-2 minutes. The gravy is ready.
