Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Cover the baking sheet with baking parchment. In a large bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs on high speed (2 minutes).
Then reduce the speed to a minimum and add the sugar, melted butter and peanut butter alternately. Beat thoroughly.
Add the flour in several batches and mix well.
At the end of mixing, add the salted peanuts and chocolate drops.
Ready-made dough.
Form a long loaf on a baking sheet.
And bake it for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to turn brown, and the top is slightly cracked.
Remove the loaf, cut into slices, return to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden crisp.
Then turn to the other side and bake for another 10 minutes. The more time a cookie spends in the oven, the drier it becomes.
