A magical transformation from Biscotti to brownie.. or opposite? I saw this recipe in a magazine. Adjusted to my tastes, I suggest you treat yourself to this chocolate happiness! So.. the transformation begins... I invite you to visit me!
Turn on the oven to heat t 180 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper. For the dough, sift and mix cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Separately melt 85 grams of chocolate and 85 grams of butter. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the addition of vanilla, coffee and sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes thicker. Then add the melted butter and chocolate. All liquid components are mixed until smooth.
Chocolate (remaining 100 grams) and nuts are not very finely chop with a knife.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix until smooth. Then add the nuts and chocolate and mix again. Oh, those chocolate bars!!! And magic flavor!!!
Divide the dough in half and form two long narrow loaves. Just press the loaves with your hand, what would the shape become more flat and rectangular. The dough turned out to be sticky, so we use flour for molding. Put the loaves in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. The finished loaves in the middle will be soft when pressed.
Let the loaves cool and cut into thin slices.
Put the slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and dry them in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let the biscotti cool and serve!
During baking, the aroma was fantastic!!!
Just look at these pieces of chocolate-they are wet and glossy after drying...
