I love this salad and used to always order it in Chinese restaurants, but then I thought: why not cook it myself?… I clogged the Internet, borrowed a little from different sites and brought out for myself the perfect preparation of this outrageously simple, but insanely delicious warm salad. By the way, broccoli does not lose its usefulness even in frozen form!
Thoroughly wash the broccoli forks and divide into inflorescences.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze it out through a garlic chopper, whichever is more convenient.
In a small saucepan, pour water, salt, pepper and pour olive oil.
As soon as the water boils, put the broccoli in it and mix well.
After a minute, add the garlic, cover and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, it is important that it does not overcook. Focus on the color of the cabbage, it should be emerald green, and it tastes crispy.
With a slotted spoon, remove the broccoli from the mold and put it on a plate. Juicy, tasty and healthy dish is ready!
