Instructions
Wash the vegetables. Boil the broccoli and carrots in salted water.
Cut the broccoli into pieces 3-4 cm long. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut the onion and cucumber into thin slices.
Mix everything, season with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Add sugar, salt, pepper.
