  1. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes and discard in a colander.

  2. Broccoli can be lowered into cold water for a minute to cool, then thrown into a colander and let the water drain. Radish cut into thin slices. Chop the green onion and dill with a knife. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them into large pieces with your hands.

  3. For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill and garlic (passed through a press). Whisk with a fork.
