  1. Chop the meat finely.
  2. Add soy sauce.
  3. Add wine.
  4. Add starch.
  5. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Peel and cut the cucumber into small slices.
  7. Finely chop the leek greens.
  8. Boil the broth, put the chicken in it along with the marinade and cook for 20 minutes until tender. Then add cucumber slices, sugar and at the end of cooking leek greens.
  9. Serve hot.
