I saw this recipe in one of the magazines of the Foodie series. Despite the fact that there are almost a hundred brownie recipes on the site, this one is special, in my opinion. Two simple ingredients turn into the most delicate chocolate delicacy.

  1. Beat the eggs, gradually increasing the speed to maximum. There is an important point: you need to beat for at least 8 minutes, then the finished delicacy will not taste like an omelet. I whipped for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the nutella in the microwave or on the stove at 15-second intervals. Each time it needs to be mixed with a spatula. The melted nutella becomes liquid.
  3. At low speed, gently insert the melted chocolate mass into the eggs.
  4. Mix the mixture with a silicone spatula so that the chocolate remaining on the walls of the bowl is evenly distributed over the mass. Pour into a form lined with parchment. I have it in size 12 * 20 cm.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees until the matches dry, it took me 25 minutes. The surface of the finished cakes is covered with a thin crust. During baking, the product will rise, and the cooling time will settle down. It’s all right. Let cool in the mold, then cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
