I saw this recipe in one of the magazines series Foodie. Despite the fact that the site has almost a hundred recipes brownies, this special, in my opinion. Two simple ingredients turn into the most delicate chocolate delicacy.
Beat eggs, gradually increasing speed to maximum.
There is an important point: you need to beat at least 8 minutes, then the finished delicacy will not have an omelette taste.
I whipped for 10 minutes.
Melt Nutella in a microwave or on a stove, at intervals of 15 seconds. Each time it needs to be mixed with a spatula.
The melted Nutella becomes fluid.
At low speed, gently introduce the melted chocolate mass into the eggs.
Stir the mixture with a silicone spatula so that the chocolate remaining on the walls of the bowl evenly dispersed in the mass.
Pour into a form, covered with parchment.
I have it the size of 12*20 cm.
Bake at 180 degrees until dry matches, it took me 25 minutes. The surface of the finished brownies grabs a thin crust.
During baking the product rises, and the cooling time will settle.
Allow to cool in the form, then cut into portions.
