Bruschetta “Caesar” Recipe
I think there are many fans of Caesar salad. I offer a very tasty, hearty snack that will never go unnoticed and always disappears from the table among the first. Bruschetta fried in olive oil, crispy and tender cabbage, extremely tasty chicken.

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet with water, dry it and beat it to a thickness of 1 cm. Soak the raisins in hot water.
  2. To prepare a baking sheet for tender chicken with garlic and herbs, open, put the fillet on one half and cover with the second half of the sheet. Tap with your hand.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes on low heat under a lid on both sides.
  4. Let cool and cut the finished fillet into small pieces.
  5. Chop mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and black pepper in a blender, squeeze the raisins from the water and transfer to a blender – prepare the sauce and adjust to taste.
  6. Put the fillets in the sauce and stir.
  7. Cut the buns into two parts and fry in a greased olive oil grill pan or dry in the oven.
  8. Cut the cabbage very thinly – do not salt it!
  9. Put the cabbage on the bruschetta.
  10. Put the chicken salad on the cabbage and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve immediately!
  11. Ready!
