  1. Cut the cabbage into strips, add it, and cook with a little water until soft under the lid. Add the oil and salt and over high heat, stirring to remove excess moisture. Put the warm cabbage on a pita bread about 50*40 cm in size. Lavash pre – slightly moisten your hands with water, it will be easier to work with!
  2. Add quarters of boiled egg. Roll it up. Additionally, moisten the left and right edges of the roll, and press hard so that the filling does not fall out. I use a silicone Mat. I put pita bread on it, twist the roll on it, and then bake it on a baking sheet.
  3. Give a beautiful shape – gently squeeze the roll and get “Accordion!”
  4. Lightly sprinkle with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I have black sesame today, it can be replaced with white.
  5. Bake in the oven 180 gr. 20 – 25 min, until lightly browned. Serve hot. I often cook for a light dinner. Crispy crust with sesame seeds, inside your favorite filling!
