Products.
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the pork belly into small pieces.
Put the brisket in a preheated frying pan, heat it up, then put the carrots and onions, fry until golden brown.
Chop the cabbage, add to the carrots with onions and bacon, season with salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until the cabbage is reduced in volume, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms into thin half-rings. Put the mushrooms in a dry frying pan without oil, evaporate the liquid and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the mushrooms to the cabbage.
Mix well, add paprika and bay leaf and mix.
And simmer under the lid on low heat for another 15 minutes.
Cabbage with mushrooms is ready.
