Take a saucepan or pan with a thick bottom, fry the brisket.
Take any mushrooms at will and availability, I have mushrooms. Cut into small pieces, fry together with the brisket.
Onions cut into thin strips, put to the mushrooms, fry on medium heat with the lid open until the liquid evaporates. Remove to a plate.
Rinse the pan.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, carrots into thin circles. Grind with salt.
In a frying pan pour oil, fry for 2 minutes on high heat cabbage and carrots.
Red pepper cut into strips, burning-thin rings. Put the peppers to the cabbage, fry everything, simmer on medium heat with the lid open for 10 minutes.
Put the fried mushrooms to the cabbage, add salt, cumin, Bay leaf if necessary.
Mix vegetables with mushrooms, simmer on medium heat until tender 10 minutes.
