If you need to add gelatin to the cream, then do this:
Fill the gelatin with a small amount of water or milk, leave to stand for swelling 25-30 minutes.
Put on a low heat, stirring, until the granules are completely dissolved. But, in any case, not to boil.
Cool at room temperature.
Pour the cooled gelatin in a thin stream into the whipped cream, continuing to beat them.
It is advisable to prepare the gelatin before we start whipping the cream, so that it is already ready.
Cream can also be made from sour cream, mixing it with currant jam – you will also get a good option, a little simpler, but no less delicious. Or make any other cream to taste, adding currant syrup.
