I want to share a recipe for a very tasty, delicate chocolate-honey cake in a frying pan. A wonderful dessert for a family tea party on cold autumn evenings!

  1. Let’s start with the preparation of the cream. We put the milk on the fire to boil. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add half of the hot milk to the egg mixture, mix well so that the mass becomes homogeneous, without lumps. Pour the mixture into the remaining milk, stirring until thickened. Cool.
  3. Beat the soft butter for 3-4 minutes, continue to beat, adding 1-2 tablespoons of cream to the butter. The cream is ready.
  4. Prepare the dough. We put honey on a small fire. As soon as the honey starts to boil, add the soda, stirring continuously. As soon as the foam turns caramel color, add butter. Continue stirring until the butter has dissolved. Remove from heat, cool.
  5. Beat the eggs with a whisk with sugar.
  6. Add the honey-oil mixture. Mix well.
  7. Pour the sifted flour with cocoa in parts.
  8. Lubricate the mold with butter, spread evenly with a spatula 3 tablespoons of dough.
  9. Fry under the lid on low heat for 5 minutes.
  10. Then turn the tortilla over, fry for another half a minute. Remove the pan from the heat. Take out the cake.
  11. Next, the frying pan does not need to be oiled anymore. Prepare the other 4 cakes in the same way.
  12. Cut the finished cakes into a plate or a detachable shape d 18 cm.
  13. Fold the pie together. We put the first cake on the dish. Brush liberally with cream.
  14. Then we also spread the rest of the cakes, lubricate them with cream.
  15. The sides and top of the cake are also smeared with cream and smooth with a spatula.

  17. Decorate the top of the cake with melted chocolate. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your tea!
