  1. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, spices, zest and vanilla.
  2. Separately mix eggs, butter, ayran, carrots. Add the egg-carrot mixture to the flour mixture.
  3. Put the dough in a greased form. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 g. Garnish with whipped cream, zest and mint leaves.
