Mix warm water with yeast, salt and 300 gr. flour.
Stir until smooth.
Add the flakes and butter and mix.
Add grated on a coarse grater carrots and remaining flour, knead the dough until it is elastic.
Form a ball of dough, cover the dishes with cling film or a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead the dough and divide it into 12 parts (approximately 70 gr. each).
Roll the buns from each part, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and sprinkle with flour.
Cover with a towel and send to a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake for approx. 20 min. at t=200 ° C.
Cool on a wire rack.
