Wash the prunes and dried apricots, soak in hot water for 30 minutes along with the nuts.
Chop the carrots, chop them in a blender, then chop the dried apricots and prunes with nuts and combine everything together. Add eggs (3 whites, 1 yolk), vanilla sugar and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
