  1. Wash the prunes and dried apricots, soak in hot water for 30 minutes along with the nuts.
  2. Chop the carrots, chop them in a blender, then chop the dried apricots and prunes with nuts and combine everything together. Add eggs (3 whites, 1 yolk), vanilla sugar and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, at this time we spread the mixture into a cupcake mold. Put in the oven for 30 minutes, until ready.
