Casserole with Zucchini and Chicken Recipe
A very light dish that you can prepare both for dinner and for a holiday. The casserole is very juicy, tender and delicious.

  1. We peel the zucchini from the skin and from the seeds. Grate on a grater. If the zucchini is young, it is not necessary to clean them. The skin and seeds are tender. After we have grated, sprinkle with salt and set aside for 15 minutes, waiting for it to give juice.
  2. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small cubes. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
  3. In a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the garlic.
  4. And then the onion until transparent.
  5. Add the minced meat and fry until fully cooked.
  6. During roasting, add salt and spices.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into small circles.
  8. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  9. We take a refractory form, lubricate with vegetable oil. Spread half of the zucchini, after squeezing it out.
  10. The second layer is fried minced meat. We distribute it evenly.
  11. The third layer is the remaining zucchini.
  12. The next layer is spread with the zucchini cut into rings.
  13. In a deep bowl, put the sour cream, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
  14. Pour the resulting sauce over the casserole. Let it soak for a couple of minutes and send it to the preheated oven, to 190-200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we take it out and sprinkle it with cheese and send it back to the oven for 20 minutes.
  15. The casserole with a golden crust is ready. Serve with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit.
