Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the water, butter, sour cream and yolks. Beat with a blender.
  2. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. To knead dough. It should be smooth, elastic and manageable. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the finished dough into two equal parts.
  5. Roll out each part of the dough into a thin layer. Cut out circles with a culinary openwork ring.
  6. Assembling the ball: roll the openwork circle in flour, moisten the brush in water and draw a line in the middle on our lace circle.
  7. Put another circle on top (rolled in flour). Just hold a wet brush strip. And in the same way we do 2 more circles. Cover the top with the 5th circle.
  8. Next, take a skewer and press in the middle ( in the place where we spent a wet brush – in order that our tiers were fastened), as in the photo. Spread on a Board previously sprinkled with flour. And we continue to make our balls further using this technology.
  9. Next, heat the vegetable oil in the bowl of a slow-cooker-pressure cooker. To put a program of “Frying/deep-Fried”. Take our ball, spread the edges like a fan. Lower into the hot oil, using a spoon to constantly rotate the ball. Fry until Golden brown.
  10. Put the balls on a layer of paper towels.
  11. Next, prepare the syrup. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the water and sugar. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and cook for about another 6-7 minutes.
  12. Then add the honey and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  13. In the finished syrup, we dip our balls.
  14. Put it on a plate. Decorate as desired. I decorated it with walnuts in the same honey syrup.
  15. Bon Appetit!
