  1. Onion cut into medium cubes.
  2. Cut the leek in half, cut into half rings not too thin and small.
  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  4. In a preheated cauldron with oil, we send the onion to fry until golden brown.

  6. Then add the leek, and squeeze out a clove of garlic, fry everything well.

  8. Fill with water, cook for 20 minutes.
