  2. Whisk warm butter (I whipped it with a whisk) with sugar (2 tablespoons), salt and vanilla. Then add the egg and sour cream. Beat for another minute. Then add flour and baking powder. According to the original recipe, it turns out 300 grams of flour, but it took me more. Instead of baking powder, I take baking soda and citric acid. Knead the dough that has not cooled down, form a ball, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Remove the seeds from the cherry and let the juice drain.
  4. I took a detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. One covered the cookies with the sides. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  5. Pour the remaining sugar over the cherries. I also added a little vanilla. Pour over the dough. From the remaining dough, make flagella or Christmas trees, who likes to decorate the top. I smear the yolk on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
