Add soft butter (130 g), sugar (60 g), egg yolks (3 PCs.), salt (1 chip.) to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour (250 gr.), baking powder (1 package). Combine the egg-butter mixture and a mixture of dry ingredients. Knead a soft dough.
In a split form (form with a split bottom), put the shortbread dough, spread over the entire surface. To make the boards. Put the form aside.
RUB the cottage cheese (250 gr.) through a metal sieve. This step should not be ignored. Cottage cheese should have a smooth, fine, uniform structure. Add sour cream to the curd (3 tablespoons).
Beat the egg whites (3 PCs.) together with the sugar (3 tablespoons without a slide) until stable peaks. Add to the curd-sour cream mass whipped with sugar proteins, add 3 tablespoons of starch. Mix well.
Peel the apples (4 PCs.), remove the core, and cut into cubes. Put the Apple cubes in a dry pan and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Dim the apples until excess moisture and light softness evaporate. The photo shows that there is no moisture on the bottom.
Add the prepared apples to the curd mixture. The mixture is stirred.
Put the cheese and Apple mixture on a shortbread crust. Send the form to the oven preheated to t180-190*C for baking. Bake until lightly browned on the surface of the curd mass.
