Instructions
Wash the cherry and greens, dry them.
Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chopped garlic and herbs. You can add a little salt to taste.
Cut the olives on one side.
Stuff the olives with cottage cheese mass.
Carefully remove the cherry from the pulp.
Put a little bit of mass and olives into the cherry, slightly compacting. Put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
To serve, cut the cherry in half. garnish with herbs and olive rings. Use the snack chilled, if desired, watering with olive oil and balsamic.
