Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the breast into small pieces and add to the onion. Fry on high heat with constant stirring for 5 minutes.
Add spices, including sugar, and mix. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes. The fire is strong. Then pour in boiled cold water, reduce the heat to medium and simmer the breast under the lid for 5 minutes.
Add the tkemali sauce and mix well. Leave the breast to simmer for a couple of minutes. Serve the finished dish with your favorite side dish.
