Cut the chicken breast into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Mix well with the egg and add 2 tsp of starch.
Prepare the dressing.
Mix the soy sauce with salt, sugar and water. Pepper to taste. Salt is also added a pinch, it is better to add salt at the end.
If you have oyster sauce, you can add it.
Chop the onion, pepper, garlic and ginger. Ginger is taken to taste, you can do without it. I take just a little, about the size of a garlic clove.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until Golden.
Pour the oil into another pan after frying the meat. Or Vice versa, pour the oil from the pan and add the vegetables.
Fry on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Then add the meat, pour the dressing and cook under the lid on high heat for 5 minutes.
