Instructions
Prepare the products for the salad. Chicken fillet to prepare in advance, you can start in the evening, boil or fry.
Cut fresh crispy cucumbers into strips.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips or divide into fibers. I do not know why, but personally I prefer separation, and it seems there is no difference.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Prepare the dressing. Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice into a cup.
Lightly whisk the dressing with a fork or whisk.
