Instructions
Prepare the products. Cut the onion.
Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil and spread the chopped chicken meat. fry for 7-10 minutes.
Then add the onion, salt, mustard, corn, cream to the fried meat. Mix the mass.
Put the meat in a baking dish. You can cover with foil and bake, but I ran out of it, so I made a lid from the dough.
To do this, put flour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar in a cup. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil, milk and 1 beaten quail egg.
Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough in the form of a flat cake.
Cover the baking dish with a flat cake. Prick the dough with a fork. Grease with 1 beaten quail egg.
Place the mold in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
