Chicken Liver and Cucumber Salad Recipe
Very tasty and hearty liver salad with onion and cucumber. I also love it for the fact that it is prepared in just 20 minutes. Chicken liver can be replaced with both pork and beef. Fresh cucumber can be replaced with salted. It is delicious both warm and cold.

  1. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Fry the liver in a frying pan on both sides for 5 minutes, turn it over several times.
  3. Then add the onion and fry for another 8-10 minutes. Then the finished liver is separated from the onion.
  4. Cut the fresh cucumber into strips.
  5. Cut the liver into strips.
  6. Mix the liver, cucumber and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
