Ingredients

Chicken liver

Sour cream
Sunflower oil
Allspice
to taste

Instructions
Wash the liver, cut into small pieces, removing unnecessary.
Finely chop the onion into half rings. Fry the onion in oil. Then add the liver. Stir-fry for 10-15 minutes.
We put sour cream (yogurt) in a frying pan with liver and onion + tomato paste + a little water. Stir and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, and a little more water if necessary. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
Ready.
