The pickling time is not specified in the recipe. Grate the garlic and ginger on a coarse grater. Add sour cream, soy sauce, tomato paste, curry, hot pepper, salt and liquid (beer, or water, or wine, or broth). Mix everything thoroughly. Pour over the chicken, thoroughly smear all the pieces with marinade and send them to the refrigerator at least overnight. The cost is up to 3 days.
