Chicken Liver in the Oven Recipe
There are a lot of recipes for making liver on the site, but mine is still different. It only takes a few minutes to cook, and the result is a gorgeous, tender liver! Highly recommend!

  1. Prepare the ingredients, they are the simplest: salt, pepper, red paprika and vegetable oil, and of course the liver.
  2. Rinse the liver well, cut off all the veins. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 2 teaspoon of red paprika to vegetable oil.
  3. Add the marinade to the liver and refrigerate for half an hour.
  4. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, I gently scooped the oil out of the liver with a spoon and poured it over the form.
  5. Distribute the liver in shape. It is better to cook in a large form so that the liver does not lie on top of each other. Send to preheated oven at 180 degrees with convection for 20 – 22 minutes. I checked after 20 minutes and left it on for another 2 minutes. Walk around in your oven, but you don’t need to keep it for more than 25 minutes, otherwise the liver will turn out to be dry.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot immediately.
  7. I served with mashed potatoes and fried onions. The liver is very tender!
