Rinse 2 cups of rice, put on a baking tray greased with sunflower oil.
Cut onions, put on top of rice.
Grate carrots, put on rice.
Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, leave on for 15 minutes or more. You can do this before slicing vegetables.
Put the chicken on vegetables.
Pour on top of the spices. I used a bag of chicken spices.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the chicken. You can add mayonnaise as desired. Pour 2 cups of hot salted water into the dish. Send in the oven for 50-60 minutes, the temperature 180-200 degrees. When the crust is browned, the dish is ready.
