Instructions
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs (if desired). Season with salt and pepper and add seasoning to taste.
Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown. We transfer the fried chicken thighs from the pan to the dish.
Cut the onion into half rings. Fry the onion in a frying pan (in the same oil as the thighs).
Add sour cream and water to the onion. Mix everything together.
Transfer the chicken thighs back to the pan. Cover and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. The chicken turns out to be very juicy and delicious.
