Chop onion (1 pc.) into small cubes. Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the pan. Saute the onion until light golden brown.
Chop mushrooms (3 pcs.) into cubes.
Add the mushrooms to the browned onion and lightly fry for 1-2 minutes .
Chicken breasts (2 pcs.) are not cut lengthwise to the end and slightly beat off the inside. Lightly season the breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Add the passioned onions and mushrooms to the chicken breast prepared for baking, add the roasted pine nuts (you can replace them with any nuts).
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Add Mozzarella to the fried onions and mushrooms, cover the filling with the second part of the chicken breast. Press the breast lightly with your hands. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil to the baking dish.
Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Grease the top of the breasts with sunflower oil, sprinkle spices (ready) on top for cooking chicken. Cover the form with foil and send it to a preheated 180C oven. Bake the dish until ready. The usual baking time for chicken breasts is about 30 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle the breasts with Mozzarella cubes and brown the dish on the grill until the Mozzarella melts and gives the dish a beautiful golden crust.
Cut the breasts into portions, pour the juice formed during baking. Serve the dish hot.
