Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into small pieces.
Boil the eggs, peel and slice. Add to the chicken.
Chop the greens, add to the salad, add a little salt and mix. Mix yogurt with mustard, mix well and add to the salad.
Mix everything well again and put it in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle lightly with a mixture of pepper and parsley on top.
