  1. Cut the cabbage (or lettuce leaves), mash a little with salt.
  2. Slice the chicken breast.
  3. Chop tomatoes, herbs, chop cheese (a little cheese and herbs can be left for decoration).
  4. For the filling, mix mustard (I used horseradish, but not spicy, so I put it more than the stated amount), a little finely chopped onion, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Salad dressing.
  6. Spread on a plate, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
