Instructions
Prepare our products.
Marinade for chicken. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and chicken, mix everything, set aside.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Put the finished noodles on 2 plates.
Now cook the chicken. Fry the chicken on medium heat for 4 minutes on both sides. Put the chicken in a bowl with noodles.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the chopped Pak Choi and cook for 2 minutes.
While the broth is cooking, chop the greens.
Pour the hot broth on plates, add the herbs and chili pepper. You can also add soy sauce to the bowl.
