  1. Onions and peppers are washed, cleaned and cut into large pieces. Hot pepper rings.
  2. Chicken thighs are washed and dried. Take a convenient baking dish, put the onion and pepper on top of the thighs.
  3. In a mortar, put the cumin, coriander, allspice and black pepper, curry. Grind with a pestle.
  4. Add salt, vegetable oil and mix.
  5. Brush the pepper and chicken with oil and spices.
  6. Put the form in the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake until the chicken is browned for 50 minutes.
  7. Serve the dish hot.
