  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. Stir.
  2. In the second bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, melted butter and vegetable oil. Beat with a blender.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Pastry ring or split form, 20 cm in diameter, wrap with parchment paper, put 1 banana cut into rings. It is better to put the ring on a baking sheet or base.
  5. Pour half of the dough.
  6. Put the second banana cut into rings. And pour the remaining dough on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated 185 degree oven for 60 minutes.
  8. Ready cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar decorate as desired and serve.
