I baked chocolate with nuts for my son’s birthday. Bitter chocolate with nuts and sweet and sour taste of marmalade.

  1. Ingredients for sweets – bitter chocolate, a mixture of nuts, marmalade.
  2. The nuts are not very finely ground in a mortar. Cut the marmalade into several pieces.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Pour the chopped nuts into the chocolate and mix well.
  5. Pour a little chocolate on the bottom of the candies. Lay out a piece of marmalade and completely fill the cell with chocolate. I put the form in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  6. Pressing on the bottom of the mold, squeeze out the candy from it. I liked the result. The candy turned out to be smooth-very smooth.
