  1. Mix all the dry ingredients: sift flour and cocoa, add baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add eggs, sunflower oil, milk and butter at room temperature to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well, you can beat it with a whisk, but of course it’s better with a mixer to get a homogeneous dough.
  3. My shape is 24 cm, I covered the bottom with parchment paper. Take the bananas, peel them, cut them into pieces and put them in a mold. The more bananas there are, the better.
  4. Pour the dough on top so that it covers the bananas. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, depending on your oven. Check the readiness with a wooden stick. If you have a very hot oven, you can cover the cake with foil after 20-30 minutes.
  5. Let the finished cake cool down a little and prepare the glaze.
  6. In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa, add milk by spoonful so that you do not get a liquid glaze. You may need a little more or a little less milk. Stir, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. At the end, add a piece of butter and remove from the heat.
  7. Pour the icing over the cake and let it cool.
  8. We cut the cake and invite everyone to have tea. the pie turns out to be very tasty, moist, with a banana flavor.
